Working Principle of Circulating Water Wet Membrane Humidifier System Clean tap water enters the circulating water tank through the inlet pipe, with the water level controlled by the inlet switch to maintain a high level. When the humidifier is operating, the circulating water pump delivers water from the tank to the sprinkler at the top of the humidifier. The sprinkler evenly distributes water onto the wet membrane material, allowing water to permeate downward and be absorbed by the material, forming a uniform water film. When dry air passes through the humidifier, a portion of the water comes into contact with the air, vaporizing and evaporating, thereby humidifying the air (i.e., increasing humidity). The unevaporated water flows back from the bottom of the humidifier into the circulating water tank. The water in the circulating tank is reused repeatedly by the circulating water pump, ensuring that the air passing through the wet membrane is humidified. When the water level in the circulating tank drops, the inlet switch opens to replenish the tank, maintaining the water level within the set range. If the water level drops to a certain low point, the low-water-level sensor in the tank activates, and the circulating water pump stops operating under water-deficient conditions. Circulating Water Wet Membrane Humidifier Structure Diagram After the water in the circulating tank has been circulated for a certain period, it is drained through the tank’s outlet, and the tank is cleaned and refilled with clean water to ensure that the circulating water and the humidified air are not secondary contaminated.
